Dhani Stocks Limited (DSL) was incorporated as ‘Indiabulls Commodities Private Limited’ on October
30, 2003 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the company was
changed to ‘Indiabulls Commodities Limited’ on February 18, 2009 consequent upon its conversion to
public limited company. Thereafter name of Company was further changed to ‘Indiabulls Securities
Limited’ on February 13, 2019 which was then changed to its current name i.e. Dhani Stocks Limited
on August 7, 2020. The registered office of DSL is located at 1/1 E, First Floor, East Patel Nagar, New
Delhi-110008, India. Dhani Stocks Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dhani Services Limited
(formerly Indiabulls Ventures Limited), whose equity shares are listed on National Stock Exchange of
India Ltd. (NSE), BSE Limited and its Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) are listed on the Luxembourg
Stock Exchange.
